Sales Executive

 
Job Description
  • Responsible to promote logistics services
  • Source and secure new accounts and business
  • Prepare and conduct marketing plans and generate sales leads
  • Maintain good, professional working relationship with customers, internal departments and logistic partners
  • Understand customer’s shipping needs by providing possible solution and advice
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure logistics requirements are fulfilled
  • Achieve assigned sales and KPI targets
  • Other tasks as assigned from time to time
 
Requirement
  • Committed, responsible and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel

Customer Service Executive

 
Job Description
  • Attend to customer's inquiries and request via email and telephone
  • Monitor and follow up import/export day to day activities on timely delivery schedule
  • Coordinate internally and externally on the shipping arrangement and handle related shipping documents
  • Liaise with local and oversea agencies on the shipment and delivery of goods
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time
 
Requirement

  • Good communication skills, spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

Account and Admin Executive

 
Job Description
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operation activities such as data entry accounting system
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure that all documents are properly filled, organized and sorted daily
  • Provide general administrative support in daily business operations activities
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time
 
Requirement
  • Fresh graduates/ entry applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Required skills: Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Required language: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidate familiar with Autocount System will be added advantage
